Founded in 2016, Scouts EMS was created by volunteers who had one simple aim: to take the paperwork and hassle out of organising a large event. The team behind Scout Websites acquired Scouts EMS in 2022. We’ve re-written the platform from scratch with much more functionality, with the aim for it to be the most advanced online website platform for running Scouting and Girlguiding events of all sizes.

Josh Diamond founded Scout Websites in 2012 with the aim of solving everyday problems for Scouts across the UK. Holding volunteer roles at Group, District, and at County-level, Josh was frustrated that there was no affordable solution to easily creating an on-brand website that was easy to update, and not to mention having multiple different systems running events and training, donations, subscriptions, calendars and shops, causing headaches for volunteers nationally.

In 2022, Scouts EMS was acquired by Scout Websites, following a couple of years of conversations between the two separate teams. We’re now on a development journey to constantly evolve the platform, grow the use of it, and ultimately create the go-to event management platform for Scouts and Girlguiding.

Josh is now Assistant County Commissioner.

We can set up your new event very quickly, and work with you to amend everything to get it spot on, and ensure your young people and volunteers have everything they need to log in and get started.
